My T.V. turned on randomly last night and I got so scared, couldn't sleep. :(

It's new for me. But I'm sleeping in the room where the T.V. is.
Yeah, I'm good, just scared, lol. -
Just last night it randomly turned off, my TV, I jumped and fell off the bed. I am used to it, but still gets me.
There's nothing to fear though :)
