The marriage vows in a church say: Till Death Do You Part.
According to church, if you die you go to heaven or hell. So if your wife or husband dies and goes to heaven or hell then technically, youre divorced.
Many people marry again after their wife or husband die. Then when they die they go to heaven and hell to meet with their wife or husband who would then have to force themselves to understand their husband or wives actions in getting married again no matter how they really feel because they dont want to be kicked out of Gods heaven.
Unless they are in hell then they would lecture their husband or wife for getting married again. A fight with hot coal may be involved. Then when the new husband or wife dies thats gonna be a very awkward situation.
Maybe its best not to just move on after your soulmate dies? Then you can peacefully join them again. Unless there isnt a heaven or hell, Im not sure. But theres probably some sort of afterlife. So my thought still stands. Heaven and hell in the twenty first century must be pretty awkward soap operas.
Like same thing with selling all your best friends stuff and research to their rival after they die. You think what are they gonna do about it? They are dead! But then wat happens when you die? Maybe instead of worrying about everyone believing that God and sins exist, we should worry about treating others who die the same way we would treat them if they were alive.
