Hey, lmao. I don't know if this is the right forum but this website doesn't seem as active anymore and yahoo answers sucks balls so I'm gonna post it here. Basically this thing happens to me sometimes, usually after I've been napping for a while and I wake up and am falling back asleep. I can't move or talk and I feel incredibly tired and tempted to fall back asleep. My breathing gets ragged and choppy because it's hard to breathe which prevents me from actually falling asleep. I hallucinate myself moving my arms before I realize I didn't actually move. My eyes blink open and closed because I'm so tempted to close them and sleep but I'm scared and can't breathe so I don't. It happened just now but I'd only been in a light sleep for like 45 minutes, which is slightly different from usual but has happened. Is this sleep paralysis? I thought sleep paralysis happened in the R.E.M. stage, which I thought took longer to get to. I also think and talk about sleep paralysis a lot so part of me thinks it's psychosomatic. Idk. Thanks!
