I was following someone to see what she posts, for a friend. ( she blocked me now). she is bullying online, and I want to stop her. How? I reported her multiple times. what else?

Charity it says why! I do it because she was a bully to me, and she tried to follow me, I let her and I followed so I can see posts to see what she does, to help a friend out as well.
