By linking a quiz to your account. If you go to your page, there should be a link for it. All you need is a quiz to link and you'll be a novice for about an hour or less?
And the only why to get a profile pic is to be a novice.
So you'll have about an hour to choose a pic before you go back to the newbie status. I can provide a quiz and password for you. -
