I get so scared that I freeze up. I can't handle people unless I know them. Even then, no matter how close to me they are, my brain still tells me "They're out to hurt you somehow, sometime. Don't fully trust them." I hate my brain

hey hey ive been that way for a long time, still am to some extent. like today was one of my self consious days, where i feel like everyone is waiting to pounce on me and call me a weirdo/loser.
