I met get a get to be a part of a sort of soli thing? Its currently one trumpet, mellophone, and trombone, but one of my band directors wants to add one flute and one clarinet because its a lyrical piece. Woodwinds really add to the feel and make it sound sooo nice if played correctly. I helped a flute player transpose it from the key of C to the key of B flat because he could play it from ear, but flutes arent in the same key as clarinets. I played it for one of my band directors, and he liked it. Hes iffy, but my other band director reallyyy wants this. Our first competition is in a week. I can do this.
