You could read books, that's what I usually do when I don't have Internet. I have no friends, though I do have four annoying siblings.

No friends. But I like it that way because I'm a loner. I have two older brothers and two younger sisters, and they're all annoying. I would play video games sometimes but we have like none, and we can't play any without permission anyway.

Yeah, we have to ask to do a lot of things, like go outside, watch a movie, have a bowl of freaking Goldfish, etc.
