Never heard of him either. But I'll take your word for it. The only movie I've watched that's based on Christianity is War Room.

Jeremy Camp has some pretty old ones. All are pretty simple and real so I like them for the most part.
War Room is a good one. Sad too if I remember.
Another good one is Case for Christ. Again based on a true story. It's the life of Lee Strobel. Definitely worth watching. -
But ngl a lot of Christian movies are so cheesy xD
