Well no i explain what must be done and they do it but if they daddle or mess up its hard to just do what i must usually i just stand behind them with my arms folded and when they turn around they get scared outa their socks and if they do something wrong i just calmly show them what i meant unlike some that would yell and call them idiots etc etc

Yeah I see lol. Silent intimidation without speaking? Lol. I had a friend that did construction. He would always be super quiet around everyone, and then at times, he would yell so loudly and get angry, making them scramble to do whatever he said. Kinda funny.
