Then I realized something. My bracelet. My shoes. My t-shirt. They all said "The president loves us" My parents forced me to get it, thinking it would change my point of view.
"Oh, no, I, I, I, no, I..." I stumbled on the words.
These people weren't our enemies. They were exactly the opposite. The woman tied up my hands and lead me to the manager of the club. -
I tried to grab Janice back but i couldn't.

I was seated in a chair. The head of the camp said only a few words.
"Tell me. Tell me everything." -
I again, stood outside.

Realizing I had nothing to lose, I told him everything. My old life, the investigation I lead with Beck, my real name, how I came to the village/farm, the murders, the people here.

I stood in the doorway. I walked up front and sat next to Janice.

The head took all of this in. Finally, he spoke
"Welcome to the Swaitick headquarters." he said, shaking my hand. -
"What?" I blurted out Puzzled.

The lights dimmed and the leader pulled down a screen with a projection on it.
"Swaitick is a rebel group against our new president and the government. We have uncovered information that the gov. has been brainwashing the public through water. It doesn't matter whether you drink it or bathe in it. As soon as the poisoned water makes contact with your body, you get brainwashed." -
I looked at Janice. I re-said "I'm glad I don't drink wat-" "WAIT? I GOT MY THEOREY RIGTH? I FOUND IT OUT WITH A GUESS? YESSSSSSS!" i screamed.

"Shush!" the lady with the earrings hissed at Beck

"sorry." I hissed back.

"But wait, weren't the Swaiticks destroyed over a year ago?"

"Yeah, And that was their symbol!" I pointed to the insignia on her earinds and on the huge round table we were sitting before.

"They didn't destroy us. They were so terrified that we would find an antidote for the brainwashing they destroyed one of the hundreds of alchemy labs we had, and claimed they destroyed all of us."
