I'm homeschooled. If you know me at all, you know I'm perfectly normal, I'm not some unsocialized freak. I have too many friends too count, and I go plaaces all the time, it's not like I'm trapped inside my house all day long.
I'm confused as to why not going to school would make me a weak, unsocialized idiot?? I communicate with a gazillion people each week, both in real life and on the internet (although I guess that doesn't count xD). I mean, I have friends at my church, friends in my neighborhood, friends at CHE (it's like a school that homeschoolers go to once a week, if that makes sense), friends at my church's midweek program, friends on my swim team in the summer, I sometimes go to soccer camp in the summer, etc.
So if you you didn't get the point, HOMESCHOOLERS ARE NOT UNSOCIALIZED. D8 -

its a popular misconception, despite popular belief, its true, homeschoolers aren't more unsocialized than the average schmo or bloke

Well, it's alot worse on the internet than in RL...but still, being homeschooled doesn't make me unsocialized any more than being in a garage makes you a car. -
