Um, you can prove if they aren't real just like you can prove they are real. That makes no sense.

The universe is infinite, therefore all of it can NEVER be explored. You can't prove they don't exist if you don't check all of it.
real question, why are cows associated with aliens? That confuses me. -
Cows are probably associated with aliens because cows are easiest to manipulate
And aliens are awesome, and if they weren't real explain this -

Aliens, as I personally perceive them, are man-made extraterrestrial creatures made to make fictional stories. What do we truly know about anything? Yes, I get that we probably aren't the only advanced species alive, but some people take things a bit too far. (Ex. Religion and deities)

Cows are easiest to manipulate because to aliens they have a weak mind (weaker then humans and other animals) and also probably because a lot of aliens land near or on a farm

boi all i was asking is if you believe in aliens or not, you ain't gotta try and start a huge fight. just wanted to know if people believed in them, and why/why not.
Cows are actually really smart though! They are v intelligent lil babies. -
And cows are affiliated with aliens because in fictional portrayals of alien invasions, you know how when the UFO shoots a beam towards Earth and makes anything levitate into the flying saucer? Usually, cows are picked up by accident and are used for comical relief, especially when depicted in popular culture (films, television shows, literature, other variations of media). Also, you always have the cliche with alien invasions in corn fields or near farms, and cows are used for livestock grazing near said farms, so it makes sense from there.
