My friend just selfharmed cause her family treats her like s--- me and her friend are trying to help her bit we can't seem to do much idk what else to say to her what do I do

Ask her if she wants you to talk to someone and get help for her. Be there for her. Let her talk to you if she needs to. Let her know you love and care for her. It's all you can really do. If you think she's in danger, then you should tell someone with authority.
