I do not require casual shoulder and arm touches to remind me of my friendship with a person

I cried last night
No real reason at all
Just depression I guess
And then I went right to sleep
It was weird because I haven't cried like that in a while
Probably the lack of sleep getting to me -
I woke up from a nightmare in the middle of the night too but it wasn't that bad, just shook me for a few minutes
