But if you tell people you're fine when you're not then it's harder for them to understand you. It bothers me when someone's clearly upset and they yell at you that they're fine. Because I can't tell if someone's mad at me, if they're in a bad mood, if they're mad at someone else, or if they're going through a hard time. And I'll blame myself for them being angry, because I can't understand scale of emotion.
