WORLD BUILDING QUESTIONS:
A. How does this world differ physically from earth? Is it the same size (same density, same gravity) [x]
B. same ratio of land/water, same atmosphere, etc.?
C. Does it have more than one sun or moon?
D. Rings?
E. Are there spectacular constellations/comets, etc. visible at night or by day?
Answers:
A. The planet is much larger than earth, but also much less dense. Because these two things (conveniently) cancel out, and the mass is about the same, the gravitational pull on the planet is the same.
B. The land and water are about 45/55 respectively. There are six major continents and several island chains. Atmosphere is the same as Earth's.
C. One sun, and three moon. The largest moon has two that orbit it. All three of them are only visible at select times.
D. No.
E. The stars are gorgeous. Much more visible than here. There are six main formations. -
