Okay but real talk that was weird af
Soooo A was driving me home from the lake and I randomly decide to be spontaneous and point at a road off to the side and say "turn there!"
A does. We're driving down the road and he rolls the windows down to amplify the ~spooky~ atmosphere. He does his whole thing about turning the headlights off but I yell at him and he turns them back on. I'm clutching his hand. I get this really bad feeling at the base of my spine, like we should turn around. I don't say anything. We keep going.
There's a rise in the road. When we go over the top there's a wide area of cloudy light. I freak out. He says it's just a car and keeps going. We round another hill and the light isn't on the road anymore, it's somewhere higher than the car but lower than the trees, and we're still a distance away.
Another hill.
And it's GONE. I almost start crying, freaking out, babbling incoherently. A keeps saying that it's okay, that it's nothing, that I'm alright. He calms me down enough that we get back onto the main road and then he admits that he has no clue what it was and that he's really shaken up too.
I kinda can't sleep. -
