Mind you I'm really sick and super busy okay I said this and everything I said is true
Does it sound mean
alright it's not like you're the only person I haven't talked to, yeah? when I'm busy and other things I usually just avoid my phone unless for alarm or my mom because it's distracting and I don't deem a need for it. I love talking to you, but I don't treat you any different from the people I have been friends with irl since first grade. The only difference is that I see them in school. You are my best friend but I'm not usually prioritize my technology anymore and I try to be on as often as I can with what I have to do and what's going on with myself at that point in time. there will be times like this and I can't avoid them, but I dont want you to think I'm intentionally avoiding you or doing it to be mean, because I'm not. I absolutely love you and you're a great friend, but sometimes, I'm not on my phone. But anytime you need me, if you call (and hang up bc I know you don't want to talk talk) and I'll know how serious it is because that will get my attention and I will talk away. But when I have other things to focus on, like I said, I just kind of avoid distracting myself for the time being. You aren't a distraction, but being on my phone in general is. -

Because you see him in school, you should tell him that you don't use your phone much so he understands the situation.

but like idk he never opens up about his feelings but then when I dont talk to him when I'm super busy he gets mad like I should use my super psychic abilities to pick up on it? -
If it's possible, try seeing if he has another way of contacting you.
