Honestly, it's the same idea. Both phrases sets an idea that less can be a lot more if you think about it in a way that's not too much in a realistic depth or thought.

Here are some possible explanations seeing as you seem incapable seeing anything from anybodys eyes except from through the world of "Brownie brownie brownie":
-The person has a cold or poor sense of smelland can't judge the strength of the perfume
-They are trying to cover up something worse (maybe they didn't have a clean shirt)
-They would rather be safe than sorry than smell of something unpleasant
-They applied too much by mistake
-They have always applied a lot and grown accustomed to applying so much -
Of course I doubt you even have the ability to understand any of that x)

just barely halfway through the project
this is so exhausting but i wanna get it done now so i'm gonna do it until it's done -
almost done phew

the project technically isn't due until monday at 11:59 pm which is basically tuesday but
hggggn should i finish it in class monday or just do it now.......... choices choices
