Surrealism/Psychedelic/Action - Mob Psycho 100. It almost has the absurdity from Earthbound (many would disagree with that very weird comparison) and action sequences from One Punch Man, which is an anime that was made by the same creator of MP100. I don't f---ing know anymore.
That's all I have in mind as of now. -
I also recommend Elfen Lied realllly good and Owari no Seraph is also great. Durarara is also one of my top favourite Animes of all time so ; p
