It's like making your first account.
Log out
Go to "create new account"
put in the info
and since you'll have more than one account, it's called a multi (short for multiple accounts -i think-) -
Okay, but how does one account level up another? I wasn't able to do that with my accounts.

You just use your multis to take the quizzes and stuff on your main account.

You literally just link a quiz. Jesus christ, it's so simple. The amount of times users put into explaining this and no one listens. Goddamn.
