Sad_kitteh is a troll. Must I repeat, they are a troll. They obviously will not be nuking 49 states in the US because that is highly impossible to do and that wasn't their intentions. It was a joke. A joke that could be interpreted as serious? Yes. But getting the government involved with a situation where nothing is going to happen and will just waste their time when they have other things to worry about is highly childish and if you don't like what the troll is doing, ignore them.

To conclude, they aren't being serious. And now we probably have a more crucial situation in ALL of our hands because a user could not decipher what is real and what is comical in nature.

You never know? From what we know, the person behind that account is probably a minor and can't access high-end arsenal weaponry to take a well-developed country out with bombs. Your report was highly fabricated, as in the joke they wanted to take 49 states out, not 7. Already discredited there. And reporting a troll, you're this stupid?
Terrorism is everywhere, but not on this website. If there were real terrorists on this website, they would have already been reported and they would have worth the goverment's time. -

So I would advise to detract yourself from any hot-water you could be exposed to and delete your report, as no terrorist would find this as a sensible platform to bring, well, terror onto people. For example, such as Twitter, that's where most people are on and active. ISIS members are usually on large social networks. GoToQuiz is not one of those major platforms. No terrorist would seek this website to spam threats.
