Being a moderator does not make us robots.
Being a moderator does not mean we do not have the same rights as regular users.
We all have feelings that everyone else have. We all deal with stress, we deal with life, we deal with users trolling us and giving us bulls---. So I don't understand why when we point out that we're actually getting harassed, why we're told that it'd be an abuse of power. I don't understand why when we ask for people to leave, we don't deserve that right, because we're moderators. I don't understand why when we lock our threads, we're doing some wrong to the world.
We spend our days coming on here to monitor what's going on. We watch for spam, we watch for fight, and we do what we can to make the site enjoyable. However, that doesn't mean we don't deal with the same things we delete for you all. There are some witty people that think it's cool to make second accounts using our names to spam with. People post in our threads to get reactions from us, despite the fact that we give them respect to leave their threads alone because we know they don't like us. There is no reason why we shouldn't be able to defend ourselves when this happens.
Just because we're "moderators" doesn't mean we're excluded from internet bullying, harassment, trolling, ect. Just because we're moderators doesn't mean we toss our feelings aside and take the crap because we're the big girls, boys, and humans people see us out to be. We break sometimes, and I want to know what makes any of you decide we can't defend ourselves when that happens. I'd like to know why we have to help every other user that asks us to delete the same things we want to delete but are told we can't just because we're moderators. Please, enlighten me. I'm dying to know why we're so special that we have to suck it up. -

Additionally, the same users we've posted about even admit they enjoy doing what they do. They say they don't even believe what they say and they just post to anger us. That is literally the definition of harassment. We aren't taking out personal issues with these people, we are actually dealing with trolls that get a laugh from making us upset.

Perhaps she isn't a troll, but some of her actions towards the moderators in particular are troll-like. She admits she doesn't want anything to do with the site, and posts in her thread that she likes angering us/starting drama in order to amuse herself.

oh, but she is! a troll, by definition is "make a deliberately offensive or provocative online posting with the aim of upsetting someone or eliciting an angry response from them." according to google. that is exactly what it says, and that is exactly what drew does. she does things and causes drama to try and get a reaction out of people, and she does it most often to us. she's even admitted to it! she admits that she does it for the "lulz". so even she can't get mad when we take action against her. she is a self-professed troll

Let's assume she isn't a troll. Let's assume she causes some of the one-time issues like other users do. We've deleted their posts that broke the rules, even though they weren't 100% trolls. Does this not mean that, then, we can delete her posts that are trolling? And the same for other users that do what she has done? Can we not delete posts that are harassment, since we do it for other users?

no, she is a troll. she doesn't act troll-like only "sometimes". she does it on a day-to-day basis. every single day, she always makes some rude, snide comment, tries to post in our threads to bother us, post about us, talk s--- or do some other bulls---. just today she used her double account of me to try and bug me and talked s--- about me and the other mods in her threads. she was trying to make us upset. that is trolling. she does this every day to every other day. drew is a troll. drew isn't even a legitimate user. at least, not the way i see it.

By the way, if you're all "human", then why must you give so much s--- to the other moderators when they make mistakes? Such as Kish for example. He was actually doing his f---ing job for a change, which is surprising for his prominent truancy. Why don't you give him a chance them? If we are all humans?

We don't care. We all go through life but life doesn't excuse your f----ups. Stress and anxiety over the most retarded s--- evar doesn't excuse your f----up. Threatening to abuse your power over an innocent but persistent user is a s---ty thing to do. You honestly don't even f---ing deserve your powers in the first place, and should be revoked and taken away to the next individual that is worthy. Criticized me about not handling my feelings properly? I completely agree. I am an opinionated ass that can't exhibit a logical nature sometimes. But that was an example of immaturity and abuse of power.. You apologized, but you're still a s---ty moderator. We can decipher you as a person and you as a moderator. The latter is abhorrent.
