richard was surprised that the water was squirting out of the river and into sand but he didn't really care -

Suddenly Skyker stiffened "did you hear that" she whispered. "they've found us, follow me" she started to run along the shore line and jumped and in seconds she was about 100 feet off the ground. -
richard ran after her, but when he noticed that she was flying, he knew he wouldn't be able to stay with her, he turned around but didn't know what was after her, he was beginning to get a little scared, he didn't know what to do, he looked back up at her and she was farther away in the air, he knew that she wouldn't be able to hear her even if he screamed as loud as he could, he made his tail get sharper for protection, he didn't know what was after her but it might attack him
