I was so happy. I loved watching it with dad. I looked up to dad so much, and we sat there for hours watching my favorite hero, Goku, fight all the bad guys. It was like time stopped. We'd always wrestle a little bit and pretend to kamehameha each other to see who was the strongest Saiyan ever.

When my parents left me. They said they were buying cigarettes and never came back. 2 days later, dad was arrested for stealing a watch because he wanted the money to buy cocaine and/or heroin. Of course at the time I didn't know that I was just 8. I remember looking at the police taking dad away, I was crying. I didn't see my mother for 4 years. Ever since then, I get really depressed around my birthday, because of the years they never came. So when they left me, it set off a chain reaction of events that changed my world. -

I am usually just sad all the time, a year ago I was diagnosed with depression. -
