If you see a professional, you don't necessarily have to take medicine (which can mess with your head). It'll just give you someone to talk to and they'll teach you some coping skills. Knowing might even help you deal with it.
(trust me I've seen SOOO MANY f---ing doctors ok) -

have you guys heard about aleppo? somehow a new syrian regime has taken control of eastern aleppo and a war broke out between syria, russia and turkey i believe. thousands upon thousands of people are being killed and massacred while trying to flee and the city is practically in shambles. it absolutely breaks my heart and i really really really hope things will turn out okay in the end. i'm so sad holy s--- -
