  At the top of your screen it says your username and under that it should say set profile picture.

  CLICK YOUR FRICKING NAME AND FIND THE SET YOUR PICTURE BUTTON. SELECT THE FRICKING PIC. GODDAMN IT WHY AM I USING ALL CAPS

  You go into your profile and click the set picture button and pick out one or take one.
