it's cooked
cook your steak to complete brown, whatever, but that's a waste of a good steak that should be tender and juicy, not nuked to the point of no return -
It's not alive! The less cooked it is, the more red meat is. You don't often cook stake that long. So it's red.

cuts of meat as that are meant to be medium rare, meaning they have some blood, medium is okay, and rare is good with certain cuts

I can't eat anything raw either. I have to have it completely done.

there's cases of people getting e.coli from consuming medium-rare red meat
and I heard that they don't cook it to the correct temperature where all the bacteria should evaporate or disappear from the cut of meat
even though this is anecdotal, the middle still doesn't looked cooked enough to be safely edible
maybe your stomach is used to the raw inside and you don't get easily sick from it as some people -
my mom got ecoli from rare red meat
i hate red meat in general -
