Have you ever been to a hospital for something that happened to you? (Including birth) -
I have never been to a hospital for something that happened to me. Not even birth. I was born in a paddling pool in my kitchen.

I vomited in my bed because I used to have an obsession with raw mushrooms and the day before I ate a whole pack and raw mushrooms are really bad for you. And I vomited at my friends party. (Too much cake!)
