Try to go outside of the English language.
There are a lot of good songs in other languages that either involve piano music or have been covered in piano. I recommend something from the K-Pop community. -

I looked up "If You Do" (I'm assuming by GOT7) and I think the piano cover's really gorgeous. It'd be a good one imo.

I would suggest Someday from the musical version of THOND ( Yes I'm aware the movie is a musical but this is the one preformed on stage)
I've preformed this one as well as my other suggestion and I can tell you it is very beautiful even without words I don't know how difficult it would be but its defintley worth a shot
My second suggestion is also one I have sung and it is truly a beautiful piece of music. However I do know that it's a difficult song for most people ( I struggled at certain sorts whilst singing as my friend ( who was playing the piano at the event ) struggled with learning it for the piano ) it starts out softer then goes very strong very quickly.
