Hitler didn't see a "big fuss" on implicating large scale debilitating genocide on a huge demographic of people because of the praise and advocating of the Anti-Semitism ideology and the believe that the Jews were fûcking up Germany completely and they were seen as degenerate sub-humans because of it.
Two differences in the situation:
One is inhumane and has made an incredible mark in history, and not a good one.
One is about two teenybopper high schoolers falling in love and a bunch of retarded quiz users contemplating if the relationship is right or not because of age barriers. Although, if there was manipulation, distress, and pressure in the relationship where it is in a stage of immediate concern, then yes, the relationship is just not right for the both of them, but I wouldn't make a horrible genocide as an analogy to compare this small thing.
