I don't get how some cakes take 3 hours to make. Surely if you're 'quick enough' it doesn't take that long. It's my last Food Tech lesson tomorrow so I probably won't cook much after that.

Why do teachers persuade you to do their subjects. In DT I told her I'm not good at it and she said you'll soon catch up. I didn't tell her I don't enjoy the subject.
