  I get them whenever the climate changes. Here are the rules when you get them.
  
  1. NEVER Hold your head back! Keep it forward with a kleenex firmly pinching your nose.
  
  2. DON'T blow your nose. Even after the bleed it may start all over again.
  
  3. Wait a couple of hours before you can do the two things above.
