Ask a close relative of you are fat or overweight if the answer is yes. It is possible you are slowly becoming Anorexic. I think you're just going to have to do what I did and force good down. Start small and you'll get better, but eat something to big and yiu might be sick. That's how I got over mine. -
I really don't know. Maybe you can force the food down, small bites?
