  Okay? Why should that even matter to me? If kids get bullied, that's not my problem. If they shoot up a school, that's tragic but still not my problem, even if it's my school.

  You're just another douche that thinks you feel entitled to everything in this world. I could be like that, totally can see where you're coming from. But you shouldn't exert those types of feelings where you have to resort to such bull where you have to become some angsty snowflake emo with selfish impulses. You're still immature, missing the total point that things could happen and change, especially people. But you wanted them to stay something, a gender you favor, that could benefit your nasty appetite for something you don't or will ever understand: "love".
  If you were in that relationship, it would be the right thing to talk and compromise about it and not act so ignorant about their situation. But of course, you wouldn't understand to do that.
