A man rides a bicycle to work everyday across the border, and just the past border is a guard booth. The guard asks "Where are you going?", and the man replies with "Work.". The man is allowed past but the guard notices a bag on him after he leaves. The same thing happens next day and the next day, but the guard gets more and more suspicious. Finally, the guard talks to the man about the bag he has. "What's in the bag?", asks the guard. "Sand.", says the man. The guard takes the bag and runs his hands through it. Just sand. He puts it through a sieve, but still just sand. Finally, he puts in a laboratory to test it, and it's still just sand. The guard asks him "Everything's fine.", and he is allowed to go. What was the man smuggling?
