Ice is just frozen water. You're not fighting water with ice you're fighting fire with fire. Play with fire and you will get burnt.

Water is also steam. Fire is the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products. The sun is a ball of plasma. Earth is a planet. Land is dirt and others. Air is oxygen, wind is the current of air.

Ice is actually water . Fire is a form of heat earth is this planet and basicly dirt , rocks and really anything that isn't the other three elements . Wind is made up of air. My physics ( ?) is rusty.
