I suggest, you should not get a mobile now. Think of the future. After you've passed your tenth's final exam, you will be a free bird. At that time, your parents won't force you to buy a cheaper phone but they will agree to give you a good phone. Anyway, it's up to you.
Yes, you can download Laden Asil Polai and Pedal Mari Mari. These two songs are my favorite, although I listen to Hindi songs. -
