If you take out the memory card and use it to open your pics in your computer with a card reader, then you can view them again.
As for your phone's, I don't think you'll get 'em back. May be I am wrong. -

Devotees of Goddess Devi make 'payasam' in earthen pots,not using gas stoves but using fire. This fire is brought in by the Priest in the temple and is passed. It is the biggest festival of our city. Nearly all Hindu women participate.It is done as a celebration of the first harvest of the year
