I looked at Lindsey..."You're really...um...pretty" i said quietly. -
"Oh, um, thank you," Lindsey muttered.

"Uh-huh" i said quietly.
After dinner i went upstairs and sat on my bed. I went to sleep. And for the first time in 3 weeks, i didn't wake up in the middle of the night. -

Lindsey walked upstairs to her room. She changed into her pajamas and quickly fell asleep. And for the first time in who knows how long, she didn't feel like a vampire. -

When i awoke in the morning, i looked into Lindseys room. I didn't really care if she was awake. I couldn't tell..i poked her. "Lindsey?" -
"Huh?" she said sleepily, lifting her head. "Wha?"
(Yeah, I was jealous...) -
"Er... Listen, i'm going to get some pain killers 'cuz my back is, well, killing me." i said plainly."I'll be back in a few.' i said more loudly.
I looked at her pale face, waiting for reply. -
"Okay, whatever," she said, still tired-ish.
