you're trying to make a decent character, not a 12 year old in a YouTube video comment section
and hoodies only look good with skirts if only the skirt is a midi tube one
i don't know, matter of taste I suppose?
the lack of detail gives me raeg (even though it's pretty knowledgeable you're seeking a cartoonish style and there's skill limitations)
add more spice to it
visual appearance is a component of a character being interesting to someone
that's why many people tend to make fanart of their favorite cartoon character, musician, internet personality, or whatever because humans become intrigued by visuals at firsthand, believe it or not
