the hurricane is going to be brutal :') -
Are the winds crazy yet?
-
Not yet. This morning it looks pretty peaceful. It's expected to hit my city tomorrow afternoon, and it'll probably intensify to a Category 4.
-
Hmm, okay. Stay inside Cupcake. I can't have my twin dying :|
-
Are hurricanes terrifying?
-
We are like 10% prepared. We went to get supplies at the last minute, so- xD
Yes, especially when you're near cities that are right near the coastline, which my city is almost near it. -
Yo, my family does the same thing XD
Yeah hurricanes can be scary. When Sandy happened a cat flew against my window. It got really hurt, and your lights just shut down for days. I was left without electricity and light for like two weeks. But the eye of the hurricane is very beautiful. -
Are you okay? Oh my god.
-
They don't take these storms seriously, that's why x'D
Although some people are going a little overboard with it
But the eye wall is f---ing dangerous. ;-;
Poor kitty~
Yeah, I'm okay. I live on the second floor, which is the best floor to live in during storms like this. -
That's good, hurricanes are scary. Hopefully nothing bad will happen.
-
I've never talked about Hurricanes in school or anything. I don't know much about them. I know some facts and such. That's all though.
-
Same with my family, I was there praying my butt off during Sandy and they were all laughing at me :|
I then realized that if you have a stable structured place, and bed sheets things will be okay.
Really? :\ things seem calm then.
For real my dad helped it out. -
I hope so too. Right now we're in the middle of a Tropical Storm and Hurricane. The wind is what brings the storm together tbh
Why not? -
Ah, the wind is definitely one of the scarier parts of a hurricane.

*Tropical Storm Warning and a Hurricane Warning
How big was Sandy again?
True. A bunch of houses (updated ones) have built-in hurricane shutters to protect windows and roofs were built to be storm-proof.
They tied down trees and such that could become a dangerous hazard.
Yeah, that's why some Hurricane a few years ago affected some area and triggered a bunch of F-5 tornadoes near Tuscaloosa and somewhere else.
