  The sea, the sea, it called to me.

  So I went in and explored and wandered the sea.

  Then I ventured out further and felt so free.

  The sea is where I wanted to be.

  I deemed the day that I would leave.

  I dreamed of the places and people I’d see.

  I heeded their warnings, but still the sea, it called to me.

  Freedom was the meed of the sea.

  I sounded like a vina, it sounded so sweet.

  So finally, I set out to see what it could hold for me.

  I stayed and I wandered and I loved the sea.

  I shall never again leave my home, the deep.
