I am not sure. I guess because everybody, well not everybody but most people, loves to level up and there are my little fellow spammers, they spam.

And I don't know why did GTQ Guy do that. I mean, if he stops spammers, whom will I report then? And spammers are the real rulers of GTQ - nobody has the courage to spam.

And some people may have the neccessity of making threads more than 2 - making threads at different boards (not in all but) is not spamming.
