Look, no matter how bad things get... You can't just give into cutting or burning or... anything. Life is about a tomorrow. When you are down stop and think about your future. Ask yourself what will cutting really do for you. If worse comes to worse, just take a few breaths and bite some fingernails. You need privacy to cut, so use that privacy right. -
