Here she is if you are ok with this
My request is a tall ( but not freakishly so ) female with light blue skin
And dark blue hair
Her eyes are yellow and she has flower markings on the top corners and bottom sides of her face
Underneath her right breast and to her hip is bone
Her hands and arms up to the elbow are bones
She is wearing a somewhat decayed fancy dress
With a smile tira on her head. -
