But the thing is, I've been holding it in all day. I guess I reached a breaking point, but never like this. I legit feel like s---. All I can do is cry and cry. I can't help myself, but I dont know what to do anymore. I feel like I need to talk to my mom about getting medication for depression, but I don't know. I'm having too many panic attacks. I can't handle myself anymore. I don't want to become a total wreck and failure
