Ah well tell him to just stick with what he's doing and if he wants to try something different then to just try different workouts that his body isn't used to.

You don't need expensive security systems.
Just put the photo of you in the thong everywhere when you leave your house. Or a large photo in plain site.
Nobody would want to f--- with you then.

Yeah I intended to go into competition but started slacking cuz of family problems so I can't compete until next year.
