It does matter, though. It isn't really nice. Or mature. It was uncalled for. Maybe someone with large lips might have read this and gotten self conscious. I mean, it isn't her face that's being rude, it's her. So, um, attacks on physical appearance, that stuff really shouldn't be included. I guess. Idk. I'm sorry.
